    • “The treatment of liver cancer faces challenges such as drug resistance and adverse reactions. The adenosine monophosphate activated protein kinase (AMPK)/mammalian rapamycin target protein (mTOR) signaling pathway plays a core regulatory role in physiological processes such as proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, and autophagy of liver cancer cells, and is considered a key molecular target for anti liver cancer treatment. Researchers have systematically sorted out the mechanism by which flavonoids, alkaloids, and other traditional Chinese medicine monomers regulate this pathway to combat liver cancer, providing ideas for new drug development.”
