At present, Western medicine mainly treats patients through oral administration of "New Four Combination" drugs, diuretics, and other methods. Despite significant progress in pathological research and clinical treatment, there are still issues such as significant adverse reactions, significant individual differences in drug resistance and treatment efficacy. Therefore, exploring and exploring the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating CHF has become a major issue that urgently needs to be addressed. Traditional Chinese medicine has a history of thousands of years in the prevention and treatment of heart failure (HF), accumulating rich experience. With its multi-component and multi-target characteristics, it can comprehensively regulate the functions of multiple systems in the body, intervene in the process of HF, and has important clinical significance in HF treatment. Through methods such as warming yang, promoting water, nourishing qi, nourishing yin, and promoting blood circulation, it effectively improves myocardial fibrosis in patients, inhibits oxidative stress response, enhances myocardial contractility, and improves ventricular remodeling. Based on the theoretical basis of traditional prescriptions, modern traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations derived from classical prescriptions not only has good clinical efficacy, but also has significant advantages in convenience, stability and safety. This article systematically combed the remarkable effect and mechanism of classical Chinese medicine prescriptions in the treatment of CHF, and elaborated the clinical overview of modern traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations, aiming to provide new strategies for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of CHF.”
