Effect of Zhengan Xifengtang on Intestinal Mucosal Barrier in Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats via FXR-MLCK/p-MLC Pathway
- “Zhengan Xifeng Tang may regulate the FXR-MLCK/p-MLC signaling pathway, enhance the expression of tight junction proteins, thereby reducing intestinal mucosal permeability, promoting mucosal barrier repair, reducing LPS release into the bloodstream, and thus lowering blood pressure levels, providing a new solution for the treatment of hypertensive intestinal barrier injury.”
