Establishment of Objective Indicators and Evaluation System for Excellent Shape and High Quality of Fresh Gastrodiae Rhizoma
- “This study is based on the "three excellences" theory of authentic medicinal herbs, and establishes a feature analysis and classification evaluation system for fresh gastrodia elata based on the "form quality" correlation. Experts have constructed two sets of "excellent form and high quality" quantitative evaluation index systems, providing scientific basis for the quality control and resource grading of fresh gastrodia elata, and laying a methodological foundation for its efficient utilization in the dual track development of "edible" and "medicinal".”
