    • Analysis of Volatile Component Variations in Coptidis Rhizoma Processed with Euodiae Fructus Juice by HS-SPME-GC-MS Combined with Chemometrics and ROAV

    • The study analyzed the volatile components of raw Huanglian, Yu Huanglian, and processing auxiliary material Wu Zhulian juice, screened the characteristic volatile components of Yu Huanglian, and revealed the changes in the material basis of volatile components of Wu Zhulian juice processed Huanglian. The research progress in the field of traditional Chinese medicine processing was introduced. The research team established the HS-SPME-GC-Q-TOF-MS analysis system to explore the changes in volatile components of Yu Huanglian, providing a scientific basis for the study of traditional Chinese medicine processing standards.
