    • Effect of Kangxian Yixin Prescription on Cardiac Function and Myocardial Fibroblasts in Dilated Cardiomyopathy Rats

    • “Kangxian Yixin Formula can alleviate collagen deposition and myocardial fibrosis in DCM rats, improve heart function, and inhibit abnormal activation of CFs induced by Ang Ⅱ. Its mechanism of action may be related to downregulating circ0006719, restoring miR-6852-5p expression, and inhibiting TGF - β 1/Smad pathway activation. This study provides a new target for the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy myocardial fibrosis.”
