    • Exploring Content and Distribution Patterns of 22 Ginsenosides in Stems and Leaves of Panax ginseng with Different Stem Colors by UHPLC-QqQ-MS

    • The system revealed the accumulation characteristics of secondary metabolites in ginseng stems and leaves with different stem colors, established a UHPLC QqQ MS content determination system, explored the distribution pattern of ginsenosides, and provided a solution for using aboveground stem color phenotype as a scientific marker for targeted breeding and efficient utilization of whole plant resources in ginseng.
