    • Quality Evaluation of Commercially Available Huoxiang Zhengqi Preparations

    • “Researchers have established a multi-component quantitative combined daily intake evaluation method to systematically compare the quality differences and quality of eight commercially available Huoxiang Zhengqi formulations. It was found that there were significant differences in the levels of active ingredients among different formulations, with higher types and overall content of active ingredients in tinctures. Soft capsules had an advantage in retaining volatile components, while granules and drop pills had lower overall levels of active ingredients, providing a basis for quality control, process optimization, and screening of high-quality formulations.”
