Exploring Therapeutic Mechanism of Bushao Tiaozhi Capsules for Hyperlipidemia Based on Untargeted Metabolomics and Targeted Bile Acid Metabolomics
- “Bu Shao Tiaozhi Capsule can improve blood lipid abnormalities and liver lipid deposition in hyperlipidemic rats. Its effect may involve the regulation of liver bile acid metabolism homeostasis, providing metabolic clues for subsequent mechanism verification. The research progress in the field of traditional Chinese medicine lipid regulation was introduced. The research team established a non targeted metabolomics and targeted bile acid quantitative analysis system, explored the mechanism of Bu Shao Tiaozhi Capsule in improving hyperlipidemia, and provided a solution to the problem of unclear mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine compound lipid regulation.”
