A Single-cell Transcriptomic Study of Wenyang Jiedu Granules in Alleviating Influenza Virus Pneumonia by Suppressing Interferon Responses and Apoptotic Pathways in AT1 Cells
Enhanced Publication- “Based on single-cell transcriptome sequencing technology, researchers have explored the molecular mechanism of Wenyang Jiedu granules in alleviating pneumonia caused by influenza A virus. They have found that Wenyang Jiedu granules can target and regulate gene expression in alveolar type I epithelial cells, inhibit overactivated interferon and inflammatory signaling pathways, reduce alveolar epithelial damage, and provide a new treatment plan for viral pneumonia.”
