Pathogenesis Evolution and Prevention-treatment Strategies for Hypertension-related Coronary Microvascular Dysfunction Based on Collateral Disease Theory
Updated:2026-11-02
    • Pathogenesis Evolution and Prevention-treatment Strategies for Hypertension-related Coronary Microvascular Dysfunction Based on Collateral Disease Theory

    • “The theory of collateral diseases provides a theoretical basis for understanding the dynamic pathogenesis of hypertension related coronary microcirculation disorders and the staged intervention of traditional Chinese medicine. Experts have established a four stage pathogenesis system of "stagnation of collateral qi - burning of collateral vessels - phlegm and blood stasis obstructing collateral - deficiency and non prosperity of collateral", exploring the prevention and treatment strategies of staged diagnosis and treatment combined with the promotion of collateral and blood circulation, opening up a new direction for the integrated treatment of cardiovascular diseases with traditional Chinese and Western medicine.”
