Outcome Indicators in Randomized Controlled Trials of Traditional Chinese Medicine Intervention in Chronic Kidney Disease
Enhanced Publication- “The randomized controlled trials of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in chronic kidney disease have shortcomings such as lack of basis for sample size estimation, lack of standardization in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation, need for improvement in methodological quality, defects in the design of efficacy measurement time series, lack of long-term prognosis evaluation, unbalanced selection of alternative and endpoint indicators, disconnection between holistic evaluation and individualized evaluation, lack of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic indicators, and insufficient reporting of safety indicators. This article introduces the research progress in the field of chronic kidney disease, and experts explore the construction of core indicator sets to provide solutions for the high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine.”
