Gastric Cancer Treatment in Traditional Chinese Medicine by Regulation of AMPK Pathway: A Review
Enhanced Publication- “The treatment of gastric cancer faces the dilemma of drug resistance and side effects. The adenosine monophosphate activated protein kinase (AMPK) signaling pathway plays a key regulatory role in the pathological processes of gastric cancer cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, and autophagy, and is an important target for anti gastric cancer treatment research. The research team has sorted out the multiple mechanisms by which traditional Chinese medicine regulates this pathway to inhibit gastric cancer, opening up new directions for the development of new anti gastric cancer drugs.”
