    • Fangji Fulingtang Attenuates Myocardial Fibrosis by Regulating Mitochondrial Function Through AMPK/PGC-1α/MFN2-PKM2 Signaling Pathway

    • “Fangji Fuling Tang can activate the adenosine monophosphate activated protein kinase (AMPK)/PGC-1 α/MFN2 signaling pathway, inhibit abnormal activation of the PKM2/LDHA/HIF-1 α signaling pathway, restore myocardial mitochondrial function and energy metabolism homeostasis, and improve isoproterenol (ISO) - induced myocardial fibrosis. A Chinese research team has explored a new mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine compound for preventing and treating myocardial fibrosis, providing a new target for the treatment of myocardial fibrosis.”
