Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Preventing and Treating Heart Failure Based on Macrophage Metabolism-Immune Regulatory Axis: A Review
Updated:2026-11-02
    • Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Preventing and Treating Heart Failure Based on Macrophage Metabolism-Immune Regulatory Axis: A Review

    • “The treatment of heart failure faces the dilemma of irreversible myocardial remodeling. "Macrophage metabolic reprogramming is the upstream core mechanism that regulates its phenotype polarization and functional activation. It can drive the occurrence and development of heart failure through the metabolic reprogramming immune imbalance ventricular remodeling core axis, and has become a cutting-edge potential target for the prevention and treatment of heart failure." This article introduces the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine targeting this mechanism to prevent and treat heart failure, opening up new directions for the development of new drugs for heart failure.”
