Mechanisms and Translational Prospects of Active Components of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Modulating Lipid Metabolism Reprogramming to Induce Ferroptosis in Hepatocellular Carcinoma
- “Lipid metabolism reprogramming is a core metabolic feature in the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma. This article introduces its research progress in the field of tumor metabolism. The study systematically summarizes the molecular mechanism of the regulation of lipid iron death network by active ingredients in traditional Chinese medicine, providing pharmacological basis for the development of Chinese medicine candidate drugs targeting the lipid iron death axis and the optimization of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment plans.”
