        摘要：Effect of Yixin oral liquid on Tnyocardial infarct size and hemorheology were studied in rats with acute myocardial ischemia,The results showed that the liquid at a dosage of 8 or 16g/kg,ig×5d could significantly reduce the size of myocardial infarcts and decline serum CK and LDH activities at 24h after ligation of LAD. It could also decrease ηBH、ηBL、ηBHR、ηBLR、ηP、ERI、RCET、whereas HCT、Fib、ESR and EEC were not changed markedly.Yixin at a dosage of 4g/kg had no significant effects on the above parameters.

        摘要：oral administration of Banxia Xiexin decoction could recover MMC normal periodicity of small intestine fron1 irradiation-induced the intestine disorder in rats.The decoction was found to miligate on set of diarrhea(P＜0.01)and extend survival time of rats(P＜0.01).The observation indicated that the decoction can regulate thedisorder of sn1all intestine motility in rats after irradiation.

        摘要：The animal experiments showed that the effect of the Buyang Huanwu Decoction, such as prolongation of clolting time and inhihition of thrombosis in mice, became increased when Rhizonla Cyperi,Hirudo and Borneluom Syntheticum were added into the decoction, When doses of Hirudo,Rhizoma Cyperi and Bornelum Syntheticum were 1.5g, 3g and 0.15g respectively,the decoction exhibited maximal effects.

        摘要：Senrong Qiangli capsule was observed to prolong incubation period qerection and promote sexual performance ability in unsexed rats,The capsule could increase spontaueous activity, swimming stamina in low temperature water,and body weight in the mice with Yang-dificiency. The higher level of testosterone in serum of normal rats and the vigorous growth of some sexual organs were observed in the unsexed mice.

        摘要：The effects of Qibao Meiran pill(QBMRP)on animal model with hydrocortisone-induced Yang-deficiency of the kidney were studies,QBMRP appeared to increase the activitv of SOD and decrease the level of MDA in blood. These effects of QBMRP were dose-dependent. In addition,QBMRP was found to prduce a marked increase in over flow amount of Hb.

        摘要：As con1pared with non-dosed controls,the liver of the rats treated with Fuzheng Huayu recipe or Yangyin Rougan recipe was observed to display obvious decrease in the number of hyperplastic zones in the hepatocytes during the precarcinoma period. Also,activities of GGT and GST in the liver and serum ALP were markedly reduced.In the 24th week after the rats was treated bV diethylnitrosamine(DEN) for induction of hepatocarcinoma,the incidence of hepatocarcinoma was 100%in the control,while 92.9%and 85.7%,respectively,in the groups treated with the two recipes.And the lower activities of GGT and GST in the live and serum ALP were also found.Yangyin Rougan recipe appeared to be more potent than the other one in preventing the cancer,The findings from hepatocyte cycle kinetics suggested that the two Chinese recipes were able to inhibit synthesis of hepatocyte DNA,leading to interruption of the cell division and proliferation.

        摘要：Six cases with cough-asthma were treated with medical prescriptions from treatise on febrile disease,All the prescriptions are not special for treating cough-asthma,but displayed potent effectiveness. The results sevealed that cough-asthma may be caused by disorders of various viscera,not only by the lung. The key to a cure of cough-asthma is to find out the basic causes for the disease.
