        摘要：After 20ng norepinephrine administered intracerebroventriculary(icv),the body temperature of rats was rapidly dropped and 15 minutes later,minmized and the value of the area under the body temperature-time curve in 0.67 hours(TRI0.67)was -0.92±0.26. The hypothermic action of norepinephrine was inhibited by 10g/kg Guizhi Tang per os,with TRI0.67) being -0.50±0.10(P＜0.01).1mg of Acetycholine icv was observed to cause hyperthermia.The peak was reached in 2 hours,and TRI3.0 was 1.25±0.52. Guizhi Tang p.o.could,on the other hand,bolck hyperthermia reaction induced by acetylcholine and the TRI3.0) was 0.34±0.49(P＜0.01).The evidence indicated that Guizhi Tang could promoted degradation of excessive norepinephrine or acetycholibne in hypothalamus.

        摘要：Using indirect immuno-fluorescence assay and simple agar deffusion test the changes of T lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulin (Ig) in 61 children with viral myocarditis and 47 healthy children have been studied.Post the treatment with Tongmai Yangxin Mixture the abnormal changes of T lymphocytes and Ig have been remarkably improved as compared with those prior the treatment(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).The results in dicated that this preparation could improve and regulate the immunological abnormalities of cellular and humoral immunity in children with viral myocarditis.

        摘要：In order to evaluate effect of Qihuang Decoction on lymphocytic immune function after radical gastrectomy,29 patients with gastrectomy were randomly divided into two groups for this climical study,The results showed that lymphocytic immune functions of the drug-treated group were improved remarkably as compared with those of the control group.The findings suggested that early use of Qihuang decoction could improve immune functions of the patients after radical gastrectomy,and low incidence of the postoperative complications or the cancer recurrence.

        摘要：Using a serum pharmacological method that the sera,derived from the rats orally taking FZHY,were incubated with culturd ito cells(Fat-storing cells,passage 1) of the rats,it wasinvestigated that FZHY affected ito cell functions such a cell proliferation and collagen synthesi.The results showed that the FZHY sera had no cytotoxicity towards the ito cells inhibited cell proliferation and collagen synthesis.Furthermore,this inhibition had a positive relation with administration and dosage of the FZHYdecoction bood-taken tine,and the concentration of the sera in the culture,was concluded that the inhibition of FZHY on ito cells may be one of mechanisms through which liver fibrosis was prevented with it.

        摘要：Effect Of Dihuang Yinzi decoction on lifespan of fruit fly were studied.A small clony of drosophila melanogaster of american wild type was set up and the medium was supplied with 2% or 4%Dihuang Yinzi(a chinese medicine decoction for tonifying the kidney).The result revealed an increase of both mean and maximum lifespan of the female or the male fly treated with the decoction,as compared with a control group.The survival curves were shifted to right and 95% ralative ratio of death in Dihuang Yinzi treated groups was significantly lower,indicating that Dihuang Yinzi prolong the lifespan by its effect mainly on the geratic period of the oganism.

        摘要：The results indicated that both granule and pill preparations of Shihu Yeguang had preventive and therapeutic effects on mid-phase of galactose-induced cataract in rats.Following the treatment with the two preparations,the immune organ wight of NIH mice treated with immunosuppressive agents was increased significantly,and the continuous swimming time of healthy mice was prolonged. By a comparison of the two preparations,The granule preparation was found to be more potent than the pill in pharmacological activities.

        摘要：Diuretic Effects of ZLSW were studied in Loading Rats with water.ZLSW at a dosage of 0.6 or 1.3 g/kg and furosemide(FS) 0.01 g/kg ig,respectively,could increas urinary output of the rats (P<0.05,P<0.01).0.6～2.5 g/kg ZLSW ig could enhance K+ excretion in urine(P<0.01),but not Na+(P>0.05).The results showed that ZLSW(0.6,1.3 g/kg ig)appeared to have diuretic action in loading rats with water.

        摘要：An enriching Yang and reinforcing Kidney decoction was observed significantly to enhance the uptake of 3H-TdR into ConA-stimulated murine splenic lymphocytes(P＜0.001).The decoction was also able to markedly prornote production of colony stimulating factors(CSFs) both in murine spleen-conditioned medium(SCM)(P＜0.05),and in lung conditioned medium (LCM).The results indicated that the decoction for enriching Yang and reinforcing Kidney appeared to have effects on cellular immunity and proliferation of bone marrow in mice.

        摘要：A protecting effect of Tianjing Buxue Huayu decoction was investigated on focal cerebral ischemia induced by a photochemical method in rats.Following the medication with the decoction,inhibition on cerebral edema,improvement of vascular permeability, increase of succinate dehydrogenase activity,and alleviation of cerebral damage,were observed in the rats with cerebral ischemia.The protecting effect of the decoction appeared to be more potent than that of nimodipine.

        摘要：Animal experiments were carried out on the effect of a new anti-cancer drug ″Fu Er Hao″consisting of earthworm and Agkistredon acutus,etc.The results indicated at the formula exhibited obvious inhibition on incidence and severeness of metastatic carcinoma of the lung,or incidence of lymphocytic transfer in cervical carcinoma of mice. Metastasis of adenocarcinoma in lungs was also suppressed by the treatment with the formula.

        摘要：The immunological effect of Gurigumu·Zhusumu(GZ)was studied in animals.The results Showed that GZ increased the phagocytosis of monocyte-macrophage sestem;GZ depressed delayed hypersensitivity reaction induced by DNCB;GZ also showed an stimulating effect on the formation of PFC from the spleen of the mice with humoral hypo immunity.
