        摘要：Xiangsheng Podi pill was modified by adding Flos Lonicerae and other medicinal lierbs into the pill to formulate a new prescription,which is made into powder in a filter-bag. It is optimal technology to mix the extract of the prescription with its powder in a ratio of 1:3,and to dry the mixture at 100℃ for 2 hours.The best condition for maceration is 85℃ and 160ml water for 15 minutes, Over 80% of the water extract was soluted for the first 5 minutes. The drug compositions of the infusion of the extract in water were qualitatively determined and corresponded to those contained in the modified Xiangsheng Podi prescription. The contents of volatile oil and chlorogenic acid in the infusion were more than 0.3% and 0.5% respectively.

        摘要：Zengruling oral Liquid was prepared from a milk-gaining Liquid by recovering alcohol from the milk-gaining liquid and then precipitating the liquid with 2% talc being added into it.Following the above treatment,clarity of Zengruling oral liquid had been kept for 18 months.And appearance characters and inherent qualities of the oral liquid remained stable. The milk-gaining effect of the preparation was demonstrated in pharmacodynamic experiments using S.D lactation rats.

        摘要：Antiviral effect of Zheng Chaihu Yin(ZCHY)was studied in vitro and in vivo. Experimental data showed that 4mg/ml of ZCHY could inhibit the cytopathic effect induced by parainfluenza and other 5 strains of RNA virus in vitro. ZCHY also inhibited the pulmonary consolidation and virus multiplication in pneumonic mice infected with FM1 strain of influenza virus.

        摘要：Kebikang tincture(0.12g/kg,0.3g/kg or 0.75g/kg)obviously inhibited prirnary and secondary plantar swelling of adjuvant arthritis in rats,increased to some extent the body weight of rats with adjuvant arthritis and trernendously relieved egg white-induced arthritis in rats,reduced the capillary permeability of mice, inhibited delayed hypersensitivity of mouse auricle,and decreased phagocytic function of reticuloendothelial system in mice,diminished the onset of the torsion induced with acetic acid in mice. The results indicated that Kebikang had anti-inflarnmatory,immunosuppressive and analgesic effects.

        摘要：edan tablet(6.0g/kg,ig) had noinfluence on the levels of serum TC and TG in normal rats. However,as for the rats with experimental hyperlipemia,it could remarkablv lower the levels of serum TC and TG,increase obviously the coiitents of HDL-c and HDL2-c,decrease signlficantly the LDL-c level,and enhance activity of LCAT.

        摘要：Chuangu Yisui Pill(CGYSP)was found to promote growth of nucleated cells in bone marrow and reticulocyte in an vitro bone marrow culture.At a dose of 2.6g/kg or 5.2g/kg CGYSP significantly increased the number of RBC,Hb,WBC and BPC in mice with anaemia induced by 60Co-irradiation and cytoxan 120mg/kg i.p. In addition,the preparation could enhance fatigue-resistant and hypoxia-tolerant capacities,and augment immunological function in mice.

        摘要：Using HPLC with an clcctrochcmical detector and radioligand receptor binding assoy,effect of Tianjing Btixue Huayu dccoction on nionoamine mediators and their matabolites,and M receptor of cerebral cortex were investigatcd in fqging rats.The data revealed that the decoction stimulated metabolic activities of the monoamine mediator up to their normal level in adult rats. In addition,the number of M receptor was increased because of the decoction treatment.

        摘要：Astragalus membranaceus,Coptis chinensis and scutellaria baicalensis were mixed and extracted with boiling water. The decoction is named Sanhuang Mixture(SHM)and its capsulized preparation called Xinmai Capsule(XMC).The effects of SHM or XMC on left ventricLilar function were observed with single photon ernission computerized tomograpl1y(SPECT) of radionuclide cardiac blood-pool imaging. SHM intravenously given significantly increased the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) by 33.7%(P＜0.05) and shortened the left ventricular phase width(LPH) by 15.7%(P＜0.05) in canine. As for patients with old myocardial infarction,two week treatment with XMC did not significantly change LVEF, peak filling rate(PFR) and LPH. The possible reasons of the quite different restilts between canine and patient were discussed.

        摘要：Effect of Yangxue Shengru oral liquid on uterins involution during puerperium was observed.The clinical findings demonstrated that the oral liquid was able to promote uterine involution during puerperium,to decrease the amount of lochial hemorrahge and the incidence of other complications such as puerperious infections,constipation and mastitis,and to stimulate immunological functions. In addition,the oral liquid was found to stirnulate isolated uterus from mice during puerperium,leading to increase of contractility and contraction frequency.

        摘要：As compared with 50 patients treated by digoxin as a control,450 patients with chronic heart failure were treated by a cardiotonic capsule.The results revealed significant curative effect of the cardiotonic capsule. 5 days after the capsule therapy,digoxin was with drawn gradually and the symptoms of the heart failure were markedly alleviated.The effective rate of the capsule was 93.60% and cardiac functions were improved significantly(P＜0.001).The capsule was more potent than the control group(P＜0.05).
