摘要

具有益肾兴阳、疏肝振萎作用的纯中药制剂舒肝益肾栓

用安慰剂对照、随机双盲分组给药治疗功能性阳萎60例(对照30例);用性药肾宝口服液对照

随机分组治疗100例(对照30例)、疗效分别达91.7%和96%

均明显高于对照组。动物实验表明肝肝益肾栓能明显提高“肾阳虚”小鼠的自主活动次数

显著增加去势小鼠包皮腺重量。

Abstract

Using a double blind method a randomized clinical trial was condueted on Shugan Yishen suppository

a pre Chinese drug preparation

to treat patients with functional impotence. In the two clinical trials with a totai of the 220 cases including 30 cases as a vehicle control.and another 30 cases treated with shenbao oral liquid as a reference drug

effective rates of the suppository were 91.7 and 96.0%

respectively

which were significantly higher than that of the vehicle or the reference control.The dataobtained from the experiments with mice revealed that Shuguan Yishen suppository appeared to remarkably increase both the number of spontaneous activity in the mice with deficiency of the Kidney Yang

and the weihgt of preputial glands in the castrated mice.
