摘要

应用自拟强心胶囊治疗慢性心衰450例

并与地高辛治疗的50例作对照。结果表明

强心胶囊组取得较好的疗效

用药后五天即能逐渐撤除地高辛

心衰症状明显缓解

总有效率为93.6%.

而且对心功能三项指标均有明显改善(p＜0.001)

疗效优于对照组(p＜0.05)。

Abstract

As compared with 50 patients treated by digoxin as a control

450 patients with chronic heart failure were treated by a cardiotonic capsule.The results revealed significant curative effect of the cardiotonic capsule. 5 days after the capsule therapy

digoxin was with drawn gradually and the symptoms of the heart failure were markedly alleviated.The effective rate of the capsule was 93.60% and cardiac functions were improved significantly(P＜0.001).The capsule was more potent than the control group(P＜0.05).
