摘要

实验结果表明

两种制剂均能防治大鼠半乳糖性白内障中期病变

可明显增加用免疫抑制剂处理的封闭群小鼠的免疫器官重量及提高正常小鼠持续游泳时间。药理作用强度比较

颗粒剂优于丸剂。

Abstract

The results indicated that both granule and pill preparations of Shihu Yeguang had preventive and therapeutic effects on mid-phase of galactose-induced cataract in rats.Following the treatment with the two preparations

the immune organ wight of NIH mice treated with immunosuppressive agents was increased significantly

and the continuous swimming time of healthy mice was prolonged. By a comparison of the two preparations

The granule preparation was found to be more potent than the pill in pharmacological activities.
