摘要

观察了填精补血化瘀方对光化学诱导局灶性脑缺血大鼠的脑保护作用。结果表明

该方可明显抑制脑缺血后脑水肿的发生发展

改善血管通透性

提高琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性

减轻脑组织损害

其效果优于尼莫地平。

Abstract

A protecting effect of Tianjing Buxue Huayu decoction was investigated on focal cerebral ischemia induced by a photochemical method in rats.Following the medication with the decoction

inhibition on cerebral edema

improvement of vascular permeability

increase of succinate dehydrogenase activity

and alleviation of cerebral damage

were observed in the rats with cerebral ischemia.The protecting effect of the decoction appeared to be more potent than that of nimodipine.
