摘要

养阳益肾汤能显著促进次亚适量ConA刺激的小鼠脾淋巴细胞3H-TdR的掺入(P＜0.001)

显著促进小鼠脾条件培养液(SCM)中集落刺激因子(CSFs)的产生(P＜0.05)

明显促进小鼠肺条件培养液(LCM)中CSFs的生成。结果提示养阳益肾汤有增强细胞免疫和刺激骨髓造血功能的作用。

Abstract

An enriching Yang and reinforcing Kidney decoction was observed significantly to enhance the uptake of 3H-TdR into ConA-stimulated murine splenic lymphocytes(P＜0.001).The decoction was also able to markedly prornote production of colony stimulating factors(CSFs) both in murine spleen-conditioned medium(SCM)(P＜0.05)

and in lung conditioned medium (LCM).The results indicated that the decoction for enriching Yang and reinforcing Kidney appeared to have effects on cellular immunity and proliferation of bone marrow in mice.
