摘要

以61例病毒性心肌炎患儿及47例健康儿童为观察对象

分别采用间接免疫荧光法和单向琼脂免疫扩散法测定血T淋巴细胞亚群(CD)和血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)

观察其变化。结果患儿的淋巴细胞和Ig的异常改变均有不同程度改善

与治疗前比较

P＜0.05～0.01.提示该药对病毒性心肌炎患儿细胞及体液免疫功能紊乱具有一定的改善调节作用。

Abstract

Using indirect immuno-fluorescence assay and simple agar deffusion test the changes of T lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulin (Ig) in 61 children with viral myocarditis and 47 healthy children have been studied.Post the treatment with Tongmai Yangxin Mixture the abnormal changes of T lymphocytes and Ig have been remarkably improved as compared with those prior the treatment(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).The results in dicated that this preparation could improve and regulate the immunological abnormalities of cellular and humoral immunity in children with viral myocarditis.
