摘要

观察了三生饮对小鼠缺氧及兔血流动力学、血气、pH值的影响。结果表明:三生饮具有延长小鼠断头喘气时间

增加兔脑血流量、股动脉血流量、心率及动脉收缩压

降低动脉舒张压及颈动静脉氧分压差的作用。本项研究阐明了其疗效及作用机理

为临床用药提供了药理学依据。

Abstract

The effects of Sanshengyin decoction on hypoxia in mice and hemodynamics

blood gas

and pH value in rabbits were observed.The results showed that Sanshengyin decoction had actions of marked antihypoxia

significantly increasing cerebral blood flow

femoral blood flow

heart rate and artery systolic blood pressure

and decreasing artery diastolic blood pressure and difference of oxygen fractional pressure between carotid artery and cervical vein.The findings explained the therapeutic effect and its mechanism of Sanshengyin.decoction and provided for pharmacological basis of its application in clinic.
