摘要

采用中药猪苓汤对抗庆大霉素所致的急性药物间质性肾炎

取得了减少实验动物SD大鼠尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)

降低24小时尿蛋白

降低血肌酐

提高肌酐清除率的作用

肾脏病理亦有明显改善。

Abstract

In the experiment

the antagonism of Zhuling Decoction to gentamicin-induced acute interstitialI nephritis was observed in SD rats. The results showed that the decoction was able to reduce levels of urinary NAG

24 hour's urinary protein and plasma creatinine

improve creatinine clearance rate

and markedly alleviate nephritic pathologic changes

suggesting that ZhuLing Decoction pronouncedly protected the renal from gentamicin-induced acute nephritic damage.
