摘要

应用薄层扫描法测定了蛇胆川贝液中贝母甲素、贝母乙素的含量

平均回收率分别为97.48%

99.25%。并对其它一些贝母制剂的贝母甲素

贝母乙素进行了薄层检识。

Abstract

Determination of peimine and peiminine in Shedan Chuanbei Oral liquid was carried out with Shimadzu CS-9000 TLC Scanner.The avarage recoveries of the above two compounds from the samples were 97.48% and 99.25%.Thin layer chromatography was performed to identify peimine and peiminine in the other preparalions containing bulbus fritillariae thunbergii in this study.
