摘要

用临床分离的克雷伯氏肺炎杆菌感染大鼠鼻腔

造成鼻粘膜炎症。用2

4-二硝基氯代苯丙酮液滴入大鼠鼻腔

造成大鼠鼻粘膜过敏性炎症。解剖可见明显病理改变。给予大剂量通窍滴鼻液可改善大鼠鼻炎症状

病理指标比模型组有较大改善。

Abstract

A mucosa inflammation model was set up by either infecting Klebsiella pneumonia or dribbling 2

4-chloronitrobenzene in rat's nasal cavity. Pathological examination confirmed that nasal vestibule appeared to be hyperplasia of squamous epithelium

hemorrhage of mucosa epiderm and leukocyte migration. Tongqiao nasal drops at a high does can improve the syndrome of rat's rhinitis. Pathological changes above mentioned were greatly improved compared with the control groups.
