大鼠灌胃给扶正化瘀方后分离的药物血清

能显著促进正常及损伤肝细胞的增殖

有效地抑制CCl4所致损伤肝细胞培养上清液中ALT、AST活性

抑制正常及损伤肝细胞的胶原生成率。

Fuzheng Huayu(FZHY)Decoction was orally given to rats.Then

the serum was derived from the rats.The results showed that the drug serum could markedly promote both normal and injured hepotocyte proliferation

effectively inhibit ALT and AST activities in the medium and decrease collagen synthesis of both cells.
