摘要

用经Cy诱导免疫功能下降

再经肺感染白念珠菌的动物模型

比较单独抗真菌药和伍用补中益气汤的疗效。结果表明:补中益气汤与抗真菌药伍用

可提高生存率

增强抗真菌药的疗效

与单独使用抗真菌药比有显著差异。

Abstract

The pathological model of mice was established by suppressed immunological function caused by cyclophosphamide

and then by pulmonary mycosis with candida albicans infection. Therapeutic effects of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction plus a conventional antimycotic drug and the antimycotic drug alone were comparatively investigated.The findings revealed that the combination of the decoction plus the antimycotic drug could display an antimycotic potentiation with higher survival rate in the mice

indicating more potent effect of the drug combination than that of the antimycotic drug alone.
