摘要

以藿香正气软胶囊为对照，观察柴连口服液对感冒（风寒挟湿证）的疗效，结果表明：治疗组总有效率为90．91％，对照组为77．5％，两组有显著性差异。治疗前后两组体温均有明显下降，两组比较无显著差异；24h体温复常率和总有效率以治疗组为优。

Abstract

The therapeutic effect of Chailian Oral Liquid on cold(syndrome of wind-cold with damp)was clinically studied with Huoxiang Zhengqi soft capsule as a reference drug.The results showed that the liquid was total effective rate of 90.91%

While that of the reference drug as a control was 77.5%

indicating significant difference.Remarkable antipyretic effect of the two groups was found

but no difference between the two groups in antipyretic effect was observed.Recovery rate of the abnormal temperature was much higher in the group treated with Chailian Oral Liquid within 24 hours following the medication.
