摘要

采用高位双重结扎家兔冠脉左前降支的方法，观察补心活络胶囊对心肌缺血损伤的保护作用，结果表明：补心活络胶囊能够明显改善急性心肌缺血损伤、缩小心肌梗塞范围，降低循环ET水平，减少脂质过氧化产物MDA的生成，提高SOD活力。

Abstract

The protective effects of Buxinhuoluo capsule on lesions of myocardial ischemia was studied in the rabbits with acute myocardial infar ction caused by ligation of the left front descending branch of the coronary artery.The results showed that the capsule could obviously reduce the aflicted area of myocardial infarction

definitely lower plasma ET and serum MDA

and increase SOD activites.
