摘要

用牛血清白蛋白(BSA)造成大鼠免疫损伤性肝纤维化模型

观察疏肝理脾片对肝纤维组织增生程度?肝羟脯氨酸(Hyp)含量和血清透明质酸(HA)及肝功能的影响?结果表明疏肝理脾片能明显降低肝Hyp含量

减轻肝纤维组织增生程度

并较好地提高血清白蛋白水平。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of anti-hepatic fibrosis of Shugan Lipi tablet.Method:Immuno injured fibrosis was induced in rats by bovine serum albumin.The contents of hydroxyproline(Hyp) in liver and serum hyaluronic acid (HA) and other liver function were monitored.Results:The Hyp content and degree of hepatic fibrosis in Shugan Lipi tablet-treated groups were remarkably decreased

compared with the control group

and the serum albumin level significantly increased.
