摘要

在激光致栓动物体内观察到化瘀丸的抗血栓作用显著，抑制血小板聚集作用明显。本研究根据中医大怒、大寒致瘀理论，制成大鼠血液流变学呈粘、浓、凝状态的急性“血瘀证”模型，证明化瘀丸能明显改善血液流变学诸多指标。化瘀丸对心脑血管作用明显，对急性脑缺血缺氧有显著保护作用，增加脑血流量，明显改善软脑膜微循环。化瘀丸还可使离体兔动脉环拮抗去甲肾上腺素的收缩作用。

Abstract

The antithrombosis of Huayu pill effect on thrombosis induced by laser in vivo and on the blood rheology in vitro were studied. The results showed that Huayu pill can inhibit the platelet aggregation effectively

and many indexes of blood rheology were improved. Huayu pill can also affect the cardiocerebral vessels by improving meningeal microcirculation

and antagonizing the contraction-induced by norepinephrine on the rabbit aortic ring. the Huayu pill can not only protect acute cerebral ischemia and anoxia but also promote the blood circulation.
