摘要

给豚鼠每日肌注庆大霉素的同时喂服复聪片，可减轻庆大霉素的耳毒性反应，保护耳蜗听毛细胞，减轻庆大霉素对血管纹的损害，有效拮抗庆大霉素所致的听阈升高。

Abstract

The treatment with oraly-taken Fucong tablet and im. gentamycine was found to reduce the ototoxic reaction induced by gentamycine alone. The tablet could protect the cochlear acoustic cells of the guinea pigs

alleviate the damage of cochlear vascular ductus and effectively antagonize ascending audibility threshold caused by gentamycine.
