摘要

大鼠经十二指肠分别给予茵陈蒿汤分煎?合煎药液

观察药后0.5?1?2?3?4h的胆汁排出量

实验结果表明

茵陈蒿汤分煎?合煎的14.85g/kg剂量组能明显增加大鼠胆汁排出量。以茵陈蒿汤分煎?合煎药液对泼尼松造型的小鼠分别灌胃7d

能显著提高其腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数。在两种药效学指标上

茵陈蒿汤分煎?合煎无显著性差异。

Abstract

The bile output in rats was investigated at 0.5

4 hour after the separate and the mixed Yinchenhao decoctions were respectively administrated by duodenum.It was showed that both decoctions (14.85g/Kg)could significantly increase the bile output in rats compared with control group.Three dosages of each decoction could obviously increase phagocytic rate and index of celiac macrophage in pathologic model mice induced by prednisone after two decoctions had been administrated for 7 days

as compared with model group.The results indicated that there was no marked difference in two pharmacodynamics of choleretic effect and phagocytic function possessed by separate and mixed Yinchenhao decoctions.
