摘要

采用HPLC方法测定了家兔血浆中黄芩甙的浓度。结果表明黄芩甙40mg/kg静脉给药后在兔体内符合三室开放模型。给与清开灵注射液后

黄芩甙的血药浓度经计算机自动拟合符合二室模型

黄芩甙单用和在复方中使用所发生的房室模型的转变认为是由于清开灵注射液中栀子?胆酸影响了黄芩甙的体内过程

但在两种条件下的统计矩参数无明显变化。

Abstract

Pharmacokinetics of baicalin was studied in rabbits.The plasma concentration of baicalin was determinde by HPLC.The concentration time data for baicalin with a three compartment open model was found. For Qingkailing injection

complex prescription containing baicalin

the pharmacokinetic pattern of baicalin was shown to fit a two compartment open model.The results show no significant difference between baicalin and Qingkailing injection's.Baicalin in the statistical moment parameters.
