用2.2.15细胞系模型

连续13d检测HBsAg?HBeAg?HBV-DNA

动态观察肝康对其的抑制作用。结果:①均有一个相似的药物作用曲线

即从用药到见效需3～4d

较强的抑制可维持3～5d

然后逐渐减弱?消失;②分泌?复制越是旺盛

抑制作用越强;③有量效依赖关系。

We used Transfection Cells (HepG2 2.2.15 cells) to observe the inhibiting action of Gankang by detecting HBsAg

HBeAg and HBV-DNA once a day for 13 days. Results:a) There was a similar inhibiting action curve on HBsAg and HBeAg secretion and HBV-DNA replication

which showed it needed 3～4 days to introduce the action

the strong action would maintain 3～5 days

then it decreased to disappear gradually.b) The more active HBV replicated

The stronger Gankang inhibiting action was.c) The relationship of drug quantity and its effects was positive correlation.
