Studies on the Mechanism of Gankang Granules (GKG) Anti-tumor Action[J]. Chinese journal of experimental traditional medical formulae, 1998, 4(5): 32-35.DOI:
we observed the effects of GKG on growth of murine transplantable tumor
and also on immunological function of tumor-bearing animals and DNA synthesis to explore the mechanism of its anti-tumor action. The results showed that GKG could exhibit antitumor effect on S180and H22in mice
and enhance the immunological function of animals by increasing NK cell activity and change the proportion of subgroups of lymphocytes and prevent tumor cells going from G0/G1stage into S-stage.
