摘要

用家兔实验性AS模型

比较VitE及补肾护脉方对血脂?CIC及AS病理形态学的影响。结果VitE与补肾护脉方对实验性AS的TC?AI?CIC等均有明显下降作用;病理形态学显示两者不仅降低模型家兔的主动脉内膜中斑块总面积?斑块最大厚度?内膜与中膜厚度比值

而且有抑制肝细胞的脂变程度和减轻心肌内小动脉粥样硬化的严重度。

Abstract

The serum TC

AI and CIC in experimental atherosclerosis was decreased remarkably following treatment with Bushen Humai formula.Pathologic study showed the total area of atherosclerosis plaques of aorta

the maximum height of the plaque and the ratio of intima thickness to media thickness were reduced in rabbits.The fatty degeneration of liver cell was inhibited and the severity of atherosclerosis in heart muscle was improved.
