对强肌健力饮的提取工艺和澄清工艺进行对比研究。确定将方中芳香性药材采用蒸馏法收集挥发油

其药渣与方中非芳香性药材合并煎煮

提取液经75%醇沉

调pH

热处理冷藏

抽滤灌封

灭菌即得成品。

Abstract

The pharmocodynamic index and the contents of astragaloside IV

total flavones

total saponins

and total extractives as physicochemical indexes were used as endpoints to develop a optimal processing technology and a clarify technology for Qiangji Jianli oral liguid.The following processing technology was selected:extracting the volatile oil of aromatic herbs by distillation

decocting the mixture of the residue of above aromatic herbs and nonaromatic herbs

precipitating the extractive with 75% alcohol

adjusting the pH value at 5.5～6.0

the filtrating and injecting liquid part into vials as a finished produet.
