摘要

采用正交设计法

对补中益气汤中药味的免疫药理效应进行析因研究。结果显示

对体液及细胞免疫作用最好的是人参和黄芪

最好的配伍是黄芪和当归。其它药如柴胡、升麻、陈皮作用比较小。研究显示

药物间的剂量配比在处方中的重要性。

Abstract

Using orthogonal design method

the immuno-pharmacological effects of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction were studied.Experimental results showed that the most effective drugs for humoral and cellular immunity were ginseng and astragcles root and the best drug compatibility was the combination between astragcles root and chinese angelica root. The other drugs such as bupleurum root、cimicifuga rhizoma and tangerine peel

etc.were found to have little effects.The findings in this study indicated that the dosage of individual drugs in the decoction played an important part in the compatibility.
