摘要

应用中药血清药理学研究方法

观察了当归补血汤抗自由基作用。量效关系研究表明

当归补血汤含药血清抗自由基作用呈现一定的量效相关;通过时效关系研究

测定了当归补血汤含药血清抗自由基的有关药效动力学参数。

Abstract

Using a method of serum pharmacology

anti-free radical effect of Dangguibuxue decoction(DGBXD)was studied in rats.The results showed that the drug-contained serum had dose-dependent relationship in anti-free radical effect after oral administration of DGBXD and the parameters on pharmacodynamics of the serum were detected by studing of the time-effect relationship.
