摘要

采用组织培养与放射免疫法

研究了甘露消毒丹全方?残方及加味方

对小鼠IFN?NK?IL-2的影响?结果表明:甘露消毒丹全方?加味方与苦残方

对小鼠IFN效价的影响

明显高于造模组;甘露消毒丹全方?加味方与苦残方

均能显著增强NK活性;甘露消毒丹全方对IL-2刺激指数的影响

优于加味方与芳残方?苦残方?

Abstract

Tree kinds of Ganlu Xiaodu Capsules

Full

incomplete and supplementary formulae were studied by artificial culture and radioimmunity techniques.The results shows that IFN were increased significantly by all of the 3 kinds capsules

which is much more higher than those of in the model group.IL-2 in the full formula group is much more promoted than in the other two groups.It means that the signal conduction of cytokines were opsonized by the medicine

perhaps this is one of the mechanism of antivirus of the drug.
