摘要

通过采用柱层析纯化法测定小檗碱的含量

研究比较了黄连解毒汤的提取工艺流程;采用正交试验法研究了黄连解毒滴丸成型的较优工艺条件:提取物∶PEG6000∶水∶甘油按1∶1.8∶0.4∶0.4比例混匀

保温于(90±2)℃的滴制装置内

用滴口内径/外径为2.5/3.5(mm)的滴管以(10±2)D/min的滴速滴入温度为室温的冷却液中?

Abstract

The extracting processes of Huanglianjiedu decoction were studies by determining the content of berberine with the method of column chromatography purification.By orthogonal design test

the optimum preparation conditions for shaping the pilule were determined as:extract:PEG6000:water:glycerin=1180404

well mingled and kept in pilulemaking device with temperature at(902)

then was dropped in a cooler (20±2)℃ through a dropper (internal/external diameter=25/35mm) at a speed of(10±2)drops/min.
