摘要

采用5/6肾切除大鼠造成慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)模型

观察清肾胶囊对Scr水平

TG?CHO?HDL-CHO?Fib水平

免疫组化分析肾组织Ⅳ型胶原水平

计算机图像分析测定各组肾小球直径?细胞数?肾小球细胞基质(ECM)面积的影响?清肾胶囊能延缓CRF大鼠肾功能的衰竭

其作用优于开博通:在对残余肾结构的保护方面与开搏通相似

能抑制肾小球肥大

减轻肾小球ECM的堆积

减少Ⅳ型胶原的合成?对CRF大鼠功能和结构产生良好的影响?

Abstract

To study the effect of Qingshen capsule on the renal function of the 5/6 nephrectomized rats and its protective effect on the structure of the remnant kidney.After treated for 12 weeks

the rats were sacrificed.The serum ceratinine(Scr) was measured and the renal lesions and the collagen deposition in the sclerosis glomerulus were investigated.Results:The Scr of Qingshen capsule groups is lower than that of the other two groups.Qingshen capsule and Cap can inhibit the glomerular hypertrophy

decreased ECM and abate collagen deposition in the glomerulus.Conclusion:Qingshen capsule not only can delay the progress of chronic renal failure

but also play a protective role on renal remnant kidney.
