摘要

本文采用薄层色谱法对复智胶囊中的何首乌、黄芪、葛根和川芎进行鉴别；并用薄层扫描法对方中君药何首乌所含的大黄素进行了含量测定。结果表明，本法重现性好，专属性强，可作为本品的质控标准。

Abstract

Polygoni multiflori radix

astragalus root

pueraria root and chuang-xiong rhizome in Fuzhi capsule were identified by TLC analysis.The contents of emodin in the prescription were determined by the method of thin-layer chromagraphy scanner.
