摘要

目的:制备鸦胆子油自微乳

并考察其溶出度。方法:通过溶解度试验、气相色谱法筛选辅料

伪三元相图优化自微乳处方

并进行药物溶出度试验。结果:鸦胆子油自微乳最优处方为鸦胆子油-辛酸癸酸三甘油酯-聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油-聚乙二醇400 12∶12∶65∶11

乳滴粒径<50 nm

15～20 min可基本完全溶出。结论:鸦胆子油自微乳稳定性良好

提高了用药的顺应性

且制备工艺简单。

Abstract

Objective:To prepare Brucea javanica oil self-microemulsion

and investigate its dissolution.Method: Solubility test and gas chromatography were used to select adjuvants

pseudo-ternary phase diagram was used to optmize prescription of the self-microemulsion

and dissolution test of the self-microemulsion was adopted.Result: Optimum prescription of B.javanica oil self-microemulsion was B.javanica oil-caprylic capric triglyceride-polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil-polyethylene glycol 400 12%∶ 12%∶ 65%∶ 11%

particle size of it was<50 nm and it could be completely dissolved in 15-20 minutes.Conclusion: B.javanica oil self-microemulsion had good stability

it improved medication compliance

and this preparation technology was simple and stable.
