摘要

目的:用Meta分析（Meta-analysis）的方法对国内外已公开发表的有关中医药对高血压的临床疗效的研究进行综合定量分析

以期为临床治疗高血压的选择方案提供参考依据。方法:收集已公开发表的有关中医药对高血压的临床疗效的临床随机对照试验

按Meta分析的要求对检索到的原始研究进行质量评估

采用RevMan5.1对符合条件的研究进行Meta分析

评价中医药对高血压的临床疗效。结果:符合纳入标准文献共19篇

总样本量1 635例。中医药（或者中医药+西药）与西药降压疗效对比[OR=2.05

Abstract

Objective:Search all studies that have been published in the world with regard to the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine on essential hypertension and analyze them by means of meta-analysis

in order to give some evidences for the doctors treating hypertension.Method: Evaluate strictly all the studies that have been searched and do meta-analysis in the eligible ones by the software RevMan5.1.Evaluate the curative effect of Traditional Chinese medicine on essential hypertension.Result: Totally 19 studies including 1 635 cases were analyzed.Comparison between（traditional Chinese medicine or traditional Chinese medicine plus western medicine） and western medicine in antihypertensive effectP<0.000 01]
